Initial business plan began as the Master's Project of Joe Winn while at the University of Miami. His father, Keith Winn, suggested putting it into action!

Joe is also the Credit Union Geek, an industry blogger, speaker, and “watchdog”. Since 2014, he's shared more than 200 articles, videos, and insights on marketing, strategy, and “The Force”.

Keith was among the first to develop a vehicle service contract program for credit unions in the mid-1980s. He later developed the credit union industry’s first online price rating system and menu-selling platform.
